Product Description
The modular four-layer lean pipe turnover vehicle can be combined
and assembled. It adopts a standard and universal modular unit
design for lean pipes. Each unit has an independent four-layer
storage structure. The side edges of the units are reserved with
connection clips. Multiple turnover vehicles can be connected side
by side to form a long-line material storage area, or they can be
separately disassembled for single-unit workstation use. It has
standardized and unified specifications, suitable for batch
matching of the entire production line, and can also accommodate
both the centralized storage of the entire line and the independent
transfer of single workstations.
Product features
Standardized unit assembly structure: Each side of the mobile cart
is reserved for assembly slots. When multiple carts are placed side
by side and connected, they can form a continuous long material
platform, serving as a centralized storage area for the production
line; individual carts can be disassembled and used for material
transfer at a single workstation.
Uniform standardized four-layer equidistant layering: The layer
spacing and length and width dimensions of the entire vehicle are
standardized. All the components of the mobile carts in the
workshop are universal, and the casters, pipes, and layer boards
can be interchanged for repair.
General conductive lean pipe standard framework: Light yellow
standard anti-static lean pipe, industry-standard accessories.
Procurement and replacement do not require separate mold
production, and replenishment is fast.
Uniform specification silent general casters: 4-inch standard
polyurethane casters. All unit mobile cart wheels are fully
compatible. After damage, they can be interchanged freely, and
there is no need to distinguish between models.
Flat general layer board compatible with standard material boxes:
The length and width of the layer board are adapted to the common
industrial mobile boxes on the market. The entire line's unified
material boxes can be seamlessly placed, and the arrangement is
neat and uniform, in line with the 5S standardized management of
the workshop.
