1. Sanforizing Felt DESCRIPTION

Sanforizing Needle Felts For Sanforizing Machine are used in shrinkage bottom wait and denim finishing plants. Manufactured by our special heat-resistant Nomex, Polyester, and Wool, we can produce the felts for different models of sanforizing machines.

2. Sanforizing Felt FEATURE

Ⅰ. Selection Of Brand Raw Material, Common Specifications Have Temperature 16-180℃ And 220-250℃.

Ⅱ. The Felt Belt Contains Heat Shrinkable Fiber Material Inside, The Felt Will Automatically Shrink After Heating, Wrapped Tightly.

Ⅲ. The Belt Surface Formation, Uniform Density, Good Resistance, Long Work Life.

Ⅳ. Misaligned----Our base cloth is used endless industrial silk. The testing report showed the misaligned rate is no more than 3mm. enclosed our base cloth for your consideration

Ⅴ. Shrinkage----The base cloth can control the shrinkage rate by 2.5%--3%.

Ⅵ. Material---100% Dupont Nomex.
