Characteristic:

Paste PVC is a photopolymer of PVC which is made by micro suspension polymerization, It has incombustible feature and can be used for coating cloth, rotary forming, macerating, spraying and foaming after mixed with plasticizer and other addition agent. It has a light white and micro powder.

Using two types of polymerization techniques, emulsion polymerization and micro-suspension polymerization that enable our PVC paste range to suit the various application requirements of our regional customers. Providing five main grades of PVC paste resin for a molecular weight presented in the K-value, our PVC resins are able to provide the appropriate plastisol viscosity to suit the machine and process limitation.

Our emulsion grade PVC an emulsion-based blending resin, designed to use in both hot melt process (Suspension PVC application) and plastisol application.

Applications:

1. Pipes
Roughly half of the world's polyvinyl chloride resin manufactured annually is used for producing pipes for municipal and industrial applications

2. Electric cables
PVC is commonly used as the insulation on electrical cables

such as teck. PVC used for this purpose needs to be plasticized.

3. Construction

PVC is a common, strong but lightweight plastic used in construction. It is made softer and more flexible by the addition of plasticizers.

4. Clothing and Furniture
PVC fabric is water-resistant, used for its weather-resistant qualities in coats, skiing equipment, shoes, jackets, aprons, and sports bags.

Package,transported and storage

Package:packed with woven bag with a net weight of 25Kgs(±0.20Kg).

Transportation:transported with motor vehicle,train or ship.

Storage:stored in a normal temperature and dry warehouse.

The product meets GB/T 5761-2006 standard with its physical and chemical properties meeting requirement in table below:

1. The user can choose any one from vifscosity number, K value ,index of average polymerizapion degree.
