Main features of quickly change C to Z purlin roll forming machine
1. The automatic C/Z purlin machine adopts the same set of
equipment to produce various specifications of C/Z purlins through
simple automatic and manual stepless adjustments, and there is no
need to replace the forming rollers when changing specifications.
The production process adopts an automatic control method, which
can automatically punch, cut and form according to the input
parameters such as purlin length, longitudinal hole distance and
quantity.
2. Any model between C80-300 and Z120-300 can be produced, and the
thickness of the plate can be 1.5-3.0mm. It takes 1 minute;
C/Z-shaped steel switching only needs a simple manual reversing
operation, and the switch between C-shaped steel and Z-shaped steel
can be realized in 5 minutes;
4. The operation is simple, reducing the difficulty of operation
for employees, saving the time for changing models, and improving
production efficiency.
5. CZ type purlin machine is composed of guide, leveling device, 2
hydraulic punching devices, hydraulic cutting device, roll forming
machine with quick changeover, electric control system, hydraulic
