Working method:

The machine is composed of frame, crushing chamber and feeding part. A movable cutter head is arranged on the main shaft, a fixed ring tooth is arranged in the crushing cavity, and a screen Mesh is arranged under the ring tooth. When the spindle rotates at high speed, the movable cutter head rotates, and the material is impacted and rubbed between the fixed ring teeth and the Movable Hammer. Under the combined action of Shearing, shearing and impact between materials, crushing is realized. The machine structure is simple, durable, stable operation, crushing effect is obvious, convenient maintenance. The crushed material can be discharged directly from the crushing chamber of the main machine, and the particle size can be obtained by changing the screen mesh with different pore sizes. (The speed can also be adjusted to obtain the fineness of the finished product.)
