A cam follower roller bearing (also called “track follower”) is a specialty roller bearing designed to follow tracks or cams and in a wide range of linear motion systems. Cam followers are often used on conveyors, process transfer lines, such as those used int industries such as food and beverage, plastics, glass and among others.

NUCF…BR series cam follower bearing with lip seals supports high static and dynamic loads in cam-type applications. This precision cam roller has a thick-walled outer ring that helps minimize deformation under heavy radial and shock loads. It has a yoke-type design for use with heavier loads or where clevis or shaft mounting is preferred. This cam follower is made of bearing steel treated with black oxide for corrosion resistance. The working surfaces of the inner raceway and flange are zone-hardened to support contact stresses from the rolling elements, and the inner ring is ductile to help absorb shock loads. The bearing holds a full complement of needle rollers for a higher radial

load-carrying capacity than caged rollers. Seals at each end retain lubricant and protect against contaminants.
