OCr25Al5 Thermal Spray Wire 6300 psi Bond Strength 100-200 Amperage
OCr25Al5 is an iron chrome aluminum alloy wire specifically
designed for arc spraying. It produces dense, well-bonded coatings
with excellent wear and high temperature oxidation resistance. It
is widely used for machine element repair and dimensional res
toration applications. OCr25Al5’s low shrink characteristic alloys
increased coating thickness. OCr25Al5 is machinable.
