Customzied Ceramic Structured Packings , High Capacity Distillation
Ceramic Structured Packings, a very thin liquid film can be formed on the ceramic surface.
Turbulence of the liquid film and the oblique winding gas channel
can promote vapor instead of stopping it, therefore separation
efficiency of the packing is equal to that of metal
corrugated-sheet packing. Surface structure of the ceramic packing
has good wetting ability, which promotes liquid flow and minimizes
liquid holdup, as a result, the opportunity of superheating,
polymerization and coking reduces.
1. High capacity. New tower design may reduce diameter, while
revamping old towers may increase capacity significantly.
2. High separation efficiency owing to much larger specific surface
area compared with random packing.
3. Low pressure drop, which leads to reduce energy consumption
4. Large flexibility, and scale effect is not obvious.
5. Applicable to all tower diameters.
6. Strong resistance to corrosion of acid and alkali, especially to
H2S, naphthenic acid and Cl-.

Detailed description of each type of product:
The filler has low resistance, high efficiency, large separation
capacity, and can replace other fillers or partial plate towers
under certain conditions.
a. Large specific surface area and large porosity;
b. The gas phase passage has a small inclination angle, regularity
and pressure reduction;
c. Radial diffusion is good and gas contact is sufficient.
500Y (X): vacuum rectification which is heat sensitive and
difficult to separate, especially vacuum distillation with a
pressure less than 7 KPa, atmospheric distillation.
700Y (X): separation of isotopic mixtures, isomeric mixtures.
It is used for precision fractionation with high requirements on
the mass transfer efficiency of the tower. It is especially
suitable for chemical production processes such as acetic acid,
methanol and styrene, and separation of high-purity fine chemical
products. The adaptation conditions are roughly as follows:
Gas phase load factor, F=1.5~3(m/s)[Kg.m3]1/2
Minimum liquid load, L (spray density) ≥ 2m3 / m2.h
The product combines the two main properties of pressure drop and
efficiency in the mass transfer process. Especially suitable for
atmospheric pressure in the refining process.
1.Separation of chloroacetic acid / dichloroacetic acid / acetic
acid / acetic anhydride between room temperature and 1400℃
2.Separation of aromatic chloride, lipoid, hydrocarbon and other
highly thermosensitive systems and isomeric compound in vacuum
under 1 mbar,.
3.Regeneration of organic solvent contaminated by hydrochloric
acid/ sulfuric acid/ nitric acid/ hydrogen phosphide / hydrogen
bromide / bromine, etc.
