The hub tooth profile of the REIJAY gear coupling is a drum type, so if there is a slight inclination between the hub and the sleeve during operation, the interference between the teeth will be automatically eliminated. In the event of eccentricity in time, declination angle and axial offset, etc., the torque can also be transmitted normally. If the REIJAY gear coupling is installed accurately without any offset, the inner teeth and the outer teeth contact at the center of the drum teeth of the outer teeth. But if there is eccentricity, declination, etc. offset, it will contact at a certain distance (R) from the center.

Lubrication method

Grease lubrication

1. Lubricating by greasePaint sufficient grease on the tooth face of the hub and sleeve, and assemble the sleeve and hub by fixing bolts. Inject the grease into the coupling by the grease gun, and stop injecting until it is filled

2. Add lubricants every one month or after the coupling is used more than 240-250 hours, and disassemble the gear coupling three months or 4000 hours later counted from its' working time, ther remove the degenerative grease and substitute it by injecting new lubricating oil.

3. The choosing for greaseThe working temperature for the grease is in the scope of-17-70℃, which is decided by the rated speed and the specific working environment.
