Note: | Integrated cable layout is a modularized and very flexible
information channel in or between buildings through which voice
facilities, data facilities, communication facilities and other
control equipments can be connected with the information management
system and these facilities can be joined to the outside network.
It also includes all the cables and connection parts that joins
outside network or telecommunication network with facilities of
application system. The layout is made up of parts of different
series and specifications, including transportation media, relative
connection hardware (like distribution frame, connector, plug,
socket and adapter) and other electric protection facilities. These
parts can be used to build all kinds of sub-systems with their
respective particular use. They are not only easy to applied and
also to update stably according to changes of demands. The layout consists of working area sub-system, level sub-system,
management sub-system, vertical trunk line sub-system, medium
sub-system and construction group sub-system. Working Area Sub-system This system is made up of cables (about 3 m long) that connect
terminals facilities to information sockets. It includes connection
cable and devices with more than one pin, like Y style connecter,
various connecters with or without source that connects the
terminals facilities of the working area and the information
sockets. Connection facilities are chosen according to the
configuration of different user's terminals and usual terminals are
computers, telephones, fax machines and so on. All information
sockets are RJ-45 mode. Main facilities are modules, interface, wire jumper and so on. Level Sub-system The level sub-system is a part of the whole layout that expands
the vertical trunk line sub-system into the working area. The
difference between level sub-system and vertical trunk line system
is that the layout of the level one is always on the same floor and
connected to the information sockets or joint of layout district in
a parallel style. The whole system has limited the number of cables
of the above sub-systems at 4 sets great logarithm shielded or
unshielded twisted pair, which supports a majority of modern
communication facilities. In some cases of broadband application,
optic fiber brand-REX is available. One end of level sub-system can be connected to information socket,
while the other end connected between the vertical trunk lines,
satellite lines or the management distribution frame of device
rooms. The level line sub-system starts from the information sockets of
each working area and ends at the cable of inner distribution frame
in the management area through the level layout. The level layout
cables are all laid out along floors or the centre of roofs, whose
length is always less than 90m. Main facilities are 4 set of twisted pairs, indoor multi-module
optic fiber. Vertical Trunk Sine Sub-system This sub-system is also a part of the whole layout of a building,
which offers route for all the vertical cables and are usually made
up of big logarithm copper cables with on end connected to the main
distribution frame in the device room and the other end to each
management sub-wring frames of of each floor. Specifically, this system is consisted of all the vertical trunk
excessive logarithm line, namely excessive logarithm copper cables,
coaxial lines, multi-module and multi-pin optic fibers and other
supporting hardware that connect these fibers with other systems,
for the service of offering the vertical route between the
mainframe among devices and floor mainframe among trunk line
connection. According to international standard for wiring of
EIA/TIA568 and ISO/IEC11801, the longest distance of various trunk
lines that connect the intersected connection frames among devices
and midway frames with IDF the floor distribution frame of the
floor management area. Main facilities include great logarithm cables, indoor multi-module
optic fibers. Management Area Sub-system This system is consisted of intersectional connected, directive
connected wiring connection hardware devices, in order to offer the
management between trunk lines, midway lines, each floor
distribution frames of main devices, communication between level
lines and trunk lines on general distribution frame, location and
shift of lines. The IDF floor distribution frame of the system
could be installed on the fire-proof wall-surface board between
trunk lines connection, on a 19 inch wall-surface metal frame or in
a 19 inch device box. Main distribution frame MDF could be
installed on the fire-proof wall-surface bo |
