They are fabricated with carbon fiber or fiberglass, agitator and baffle, mechanical seal, coil etc can be selected, contact tc@fygrp.com for detail data. Advanced design program, fabrication technique can satisfy pressure requirement within -0.1Mpa-1.0Mpa, and working temperature within -40-120℃. Type of agitator is propeller or frame.

Material of coil can be SS 316L or graphene. Mechanical seal or normal sealing type can be selected for the connection between the seal and tank to replace rubber lined, enamel lined, glass lined reactors or agitators to satisfy the corrosive environment in pharmacy, Synthetic chemical, dye industries.

Advantages of FRP agitating tank: small thermal expansion coefficient, low thermal deformation coefficient, because it is the same material, different from the compound reaction kettle which has two kinds of materials which has thermal expansion problem (metal and rubber lining, glass lining, enamel), will not crack or fall off due to the sudden cooling of the medium and other environment, to extend the service life. It has been applied in Jihua, Run Soil, Longsheng, Visheng Pharmaceutical, Heli and other companies, and the newly developed graphene coils have been applied.
