Flanges are the most widely used detachable connecting parts in
pipes and containers. With the increasing use of FRP pipes and
containers, the performance and manufacture of FRP flanges have

FRP flanges are commonly used in medium and low pressure pipes and
vessels with a pressure of not more than 3 MPa. The main structures
are integral flanges, bonded flanges and looper flanges.
FYGRP flange manufacturing method has been applied for

The manufacturing process is: grinding mold, cleaning mold,
dewaxing, painting 100% resin soaked surface felt, then according
to the design layer to place glass fiber, then vacuum, finally
wetting resin, curing into the flange blank, after demoulding for
hole repair. Using the vacuum introduction process can
significantly improve the strength and pressure quality of the
product, overcoming the shortcomings of the past manual
